Zigma is a manufacturer. Most of the people here are on a production line, in the laboratory, behind a counter or on the road, and the paint is only as good as they are.

Nothing open at the moment
We are not recruiting today. Send a CV anyway; production and driving roles come up through the year, and we keep applications on file.
Everything we sell we make, in Ghana. There is no head office somewhere else deciding what the plant does.
Production, chemical handling and safety training is given, and it is given before you start rather than after something goes wrong.
If a procedure is wrong, the person who can change it is on site and will listen to the person running it.
