A kitchen wall works harder than any other wall inside the house: heat, steam, oil in the air and a cloth over it every week. That points at a finish with some sheen, because a matt wall in a kitchen goes patchy the first time somebody scrubs the splash behind the stove.
Every one is mixed to order at our plant, and carries its light reflectance value.
